Quality Airport Hotel Dan offers guests a free shuttle service to and from Copenhagen Airport (domestic terminal and Terminal 2) each day during the following hours: 06:00-09:45; 18:00-21:45.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged DKK 250.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 25 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs DKK 115.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs DKK 85.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
